Hi I’m Jo Francou, welcome to Form 360 - Your Health & Wellness Destination!
Form360 is a place to guide, educate and motivate you with an holistic approach to improve your health, wellbeing and sporting performace. I believe in developing healthy habits and a sustainable routine for long term results.
My journey began as a lightweight rower. Representing Australia for 5 years in Lightweight women's crews, with a world championship Gold medal in the lightweight women's quad scull in 2001. I understand and relate to the challenges of juggling a work life balance, the difficulties in finding the time and also starting from scratch after illness or injury.
From my experience as an elite athlete, rowing coach and my commitment to continuing education I believe in creating a routine as a foundation. Encouraging a consistent routine of strength training, pilates and cardio in addition to sustainable habits around food and nutrition.

Testimonials
“Thank you Jo for literally helping me get me back on my feet & not just surpass my original goal of being able to walk 10,000 steps a day but set and reach goals that would have been laughable when I first was directed to you as part of a rehabilitation program for my feet in February 2014. Through pilates and developing programs for me, Jo helped me build the physical and mental strength to walk the 800km Camino de Santiago in 29 days - teaching me how to manage my ailments while away and how to believe in my own body. A far cry from our first meeting when a set of stairs and shuffling the 1km round trip to the shops was a challenge.
PS - Aside from being my Pilates guide all of Jo’s amazing skills and attributes as a former athlete came into play during my journey which also saw me lose 18kg as a pretty cool “side effect”
